1.your company are manufacturer or dealer?
We are manufacturer in china for more than 10years,we have professional producing team and precision process instruments for tires recycling plant,welcome customers or the third party come to inspect our factory in site.
2.What kinds of measurements took by your company to guarantee machines quality?
We have professional quality control department to supervise during complete producing process.machines parts will be measured before assembled,and each machines will be running for customers to check shipment.
3. What about machines guarantee?
We warranty the machines one year and will bear the expense of changing the machines(except the vulnerable parts).this warranty will only apply if the machines have any defect or quality problem that is not the one agreed upon.Besides,the machine damaged caused by human factor is not covered by warranty.Beyond the warranty period, the sellers still have obligation to provide the technology support based on the contract, and supply the spare parts in the best price.
4. can your company dispatch technician to install commission overseas? How long time will be needed to finish installation and commission?
we can dispatch technician to customers’ factory to install machines and training labor. Customers should undertake round trips fees, offer accommodation and pay for the wage(100usd per day).the installation and training time is one week.
5.what is the application of recycled tires rubber?
They are three kinds of recycled tires rubber can be produced from tires recycling plant,first one is 1-5mm rubber granule,they are usually applied into kindergarten by making rubber tile and playground by infill into artificial grass.second one is to make 20-30mesh rubber powder,they can be made into variety of rubber products like reclaimed rubber,shoe sole and new tires.the third one is 40-100mesh super fine rubber powder,they have good selling price that can be used for waterproof and modified bitumen.
6.can your company provide civil drawings before deliver?
We will provide complete construction drawings include layout and basement drawing for customers before deliver.
7.how many power required for establish recycling tire plant?
The power required in accordance with specific machines configuration as different demand from customers.
The minimum power capacity of the factory is 80kWh. Generally, the installed power of the factory with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons is 1000-1500kWh.
8. floor area needed for establishing a small recycling plant?
A small factory 300-500 square meters of workshop can be satisfied.
9.how many steel inside recycled rubber powder produced our tires recycling machine?
The steel wire inside recycled rubber powder is less than 0.5%.
10. how about the noise in the factory?
Noise in production area is less than 80dB.
11.if water needed during the process of recycling tires?
Cooling water needed during the process of recycling tires, water pool can be built so that recycled water can be used for tires recycling system that will not cause any pollution to the environment.
12.What are the environmental protection requirements for tire recycling projects?
Different countries have specific requirements for environmental protection.there is small amount of dust pollution during recycling process, that can be solved through the dust removal equipment.
