The fourth functional device is a bead wire separator. It can completely and integrally strip the bundled steel wires from tire sidewalls and tire beads, realizing thorough separation of rubber and steel wire, avoiding metal mixing in subsequent rubber powder and improving the purity of recycled rubber materials.
