Processing Workflow
Rubber raw materials that have undergone preliminary treatment are fed into the primary crushing unit via a conveyor system, where initial size reduction is achieved through roller shearing and compression. The crushed mixture is transported to the first magnetic separation unit to remove large steel wire. The material then proceeds to the next stage-a grinding process-to be refined to the target particle size, followed by classification in a vibrating screen; material meeting specifications is sent to the finished product area, while oversized material is automatically recirculated for further grinding. The production line incorporates multi-stage magnetic separation equipment to continuously remove fine steel wires released during processing, ensuring high product quality through comprehensive impurity removal. Optional dust control systems are available to suppress airborne dust and maintain a clean production environment.
