Processing Workflow
Rubber raw materials that have undergone preliminary treatment are fed into the primary crushing unit via a conveyor system, where initial size reduction is achieved through roller shearing and compression. The material then proceeds to the next stage-a grinding process-to be refined to the target particle size, followed by classification in a vibrating screen; material meeting specifications is sent to the finished product area, while oversized material is automatically recirculated for further grinding. The production line incorporates multi-stage magnetic separation equipment to continuously remove fine steel wires released during processing, ensuring high product quality through comprehensive impurity removal.
