What is the cooling system? When the machine is processing, it will generate lots of heat. The machine having waste heat need to be cooled down by heat conductor in timely. It can make the machine work properly. Water has the following property: good thermal conductivity, low cost, broad resource, so water usually serve as thermal conductor in industry. That's the industrial cooling water. The industrial cooling water is the one of the most widely used throughout the industry. The temperature of cooling water rises but its physicochemical properties almost have no change. It is an important method to save water in industry if we can cool the machines and recycle the cooling water.

Principle

The cooling water system with water as cooling medium and recycled, it is mainly composed of cooling equipment, water pump and pipeline. After the cold water flows through the production machines requiring cooling ( usually called heat exchange equipment, such as heat exchanger, condenser and reactor ),its temperature will rise. If it is drained, the cold water is only used one time. That's the one-time cooling water system. In the circulating system, after the heated cold water flows through the cooling equipment, it will return to the production machine through water pump so that water can be reused. That the water consumption will decrease, normally saving more than 95% water. As is well known, cooling water account for 70% of industrial water consumption so the circulating cooling water system plays a very important role in saving industrial water.
