The Tire Recycling Line is a full CE-approved industrial solution dedicated to waste tire rubber powder production. Powered by the XKP series industrial tire crusher, this complete recycling system efficiently crushes and reprocesses waste tires and residual reclaimed rubber into uniform fine rubber powder.
Engineered with high output capacity, energy-saving performance, eco-friendly operation and user-friendly design, the Tire Recycling Line delivers outstanding cost performance and has become a mainstream processing solution for rubber recycling factories.
The production line supports flexible roller configuration with two industrial-grade material options: cast iron and cast steel. It adopts a grooved rear roller structure and integrated overload protection mechanism to ensure stable and safe continuous operation. Capable of handling various conventional waste tires and reclaimed rubber materials, the system fully realizes waste tire resource utilization and produces reusable fine rubber powder ranging from 0.5mm to 5mm in particle size.

Dual Roller Material Selection for Different Working Conditions The core crusher of the Tire Recycling Line supports two roller types to match different production demands. The upgraded chilled cast iron roller adopts vanadium-titanium alloy formula, featuring super high hardness and strong wear resistance, suitable for long-term high-load continuous operation. The cast steel roller comes with surface welded cemented carbide, greatly improving abrasion resistance and service life for heavy-duty crushing tasks.
Stable Feeding & Reliable Industrial Structure Equipped with a grooved rear roller, the Tire Recycling Line achieves anti-slip feeding, uniform material conveying and thorough crushing effect. The heavy-duty industrial body is matched with a hardened reducer to ensure stable, high-torque and efficient power transmission. Optional sliding bearing and rolling bearing types freely adapt to different production speeds and load standards.
Smart Protection & Low Maintenance Design Built-in overload protection device effectively avoids equipment damage caused by material jamming and sudden overloading. The automatic bearing grease injection system greatly reduces daily manual maintenance frequency, lowers operating costs and extends the overall service life of the Tire Recycling Line.

Standard services include 12-month whole machine warranty, lifetime remote technical guidance, professional installation & commissioning guidance, operation teaching videos and pre-shipment test-run videos. Factory inspection and on-site project inspection are also available for global clients.
The production delivery cycle is 10–60 days according to order scale. Flexible international trade terms support T/T payment (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), FOB and EXW delivery methods, fully adapting to diverse global import and export rules.
