Structural principle

The reduction motor drives the two blades to run at a relatively uniform speed through the rotating mechanism. Promote the two blades to form a shear potential, place the material between the two blades and move forward to achieve the shear effect.

Instructions for use

1. This machine is used for the treatment of 825 ~ 1200mm waste tires. Reasonably adjust the strip width according to the actual situation of tires and adjust the bolts behind the baffle (note that the inlet should be small and the outlet should be large along the feeding direction).

2. The slitting tool is made of special materials with high hardness and good wear resistance. The clearance between the upper and lower knives can be adjusted through the four groups of bolts on the support. It should be noted that the inlet should be zero and the outlet should be slightly larger (the clearance is too tight, the tool wear is fast, the clearance is large, and it is difficult to cut. During adjustment, it should be noted that the clearance can be cut off and should be adjusted frequently). The upper and lower knives should be staggered by 1.5 ~ 3mm. If the tool is not sharp after being used for a period of time, immediately grind the outer inclined edge with a grinder.
