I. Coarse rubber powder (5–30 mesh)

II. Medium-fine rubber powder (40–60 mesh)

Characteristics: Balances strength and elasticity; easy to blend with virgin rubber. Key applications: Widely used in tire retreading, conveyor belt manufacturing, rubber hoses, rubber sheets, waterproofing membranes, and shoe sole materials.

 

III. Fine rubber powder (80–100 mesh)

Characteristics: High specific surface area and high reactivity; excellent compatibility with polymer materials. Key applications: Commonly used in the manufacture of high-performance tires, waterproof coatings, sealing rings, and shock-absorbing products, as well as an additive for asphalt modification (enhancing highway resistance to aging and cracking).
