2. Although the vibrating screen does not require lubricating oil, it still needs to be overhauled once a year, replacing the liner, and trimming the two screen surfaces. The vibration motor should be removed for inspection, and the motor bearing should be replaced with oil. If the bearing is damaged, replace it.
3. Check the sieve body support device every shift to observe whether the hollow rubber pad has obvious deformation or degumming. When the rubber pad is damaged or excessively flattened, two hollow rubber pads should be replaced at the same time.
4. Before formal use, a no-load operation test should be carried out, and it is normal to run smoothly without jamming.
5. All oil pipelines such as oil tanks and cylinders need to be flushed strictly with oil before use.
6. During the cylinder pressure test, it is necessary to keep the pressure for 5 minutes under the test pressure and there should be no oil leakage at the seal.
7. Regularly check whether the sealing parts are leaking, and regularly replace the lubricating oil and vulnerable parts.
8. Maintenance of the net cleaning device: The net cleaning device is an important device for the linear screen to clean the material blocking the net, and the daily maintenance cannot be ignored. Since the net cleaning device directly or indirectly touches the material, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness and integrity of the net cleaning device. If it is found to be incomplete, it should be replaced immediately.
