On August 29, Xinxiang Xinyutian Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the production inspection, packing, and shipment of another customized overseas order. A complete OTR tire shredding line, designed for processing large mining and engineering tires, was shipped to South Africa to support a local waste mining tire recycling project. South African mining areas generate large quantities of oversized tires with thick carcasses and high steel content. Compared with passenger car and standard truck tires, these tires require higher frame strength, cutting torque, and crushing capacity. The customer, who has long operated in solid waste recycling, plans to recover rubber and steel from waste mining tires and produce marketable rubber granules and recycled steel wire.
Based on the customer's raw materials, factory conditions, production requirements, and local power supply, the Xinyutian technical team developed a customized recycling line instead of using a standard configuration. The line first pre-shreds large OTR tires and then uses multi-stage crushing, screening, and magnetic separation to produce rubber granules and recover coarse and fine steel wire. Reinforced frames and cutting components improve the line's resistance to heavy loads and impact during OTR tire processing. Before shipment, Xinyutian completed no-load testing and material simulation testing, and inspected the hydraulic system, cutting tools, rollers, motors, and magnetic separation units. The company also provided an operation manual to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Xinyutian can customize complete tire recycling lines for OTR tires, mining tires, truck tires, passenger car tires, and mixed waste tires.
