Xinxiang Xinyutian Rubber & Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. has completed a customized order for an Indian customer. The order includes a two-roll fine rubber powder line and customized tyre cutting equipment for a waste tyre recycling project.
The customer needed to improve tyre pre-cutting efficiency and achieve more consistent rubber powder fineness. Xinyutian designed the equipment package according to the customer's process requirements and working conditions.
The two-roll fine rubber powder line is used to produce 40–80 mesh fine rubber powder. Its PLC variable-frequency control system supports stable operation and uniform particle size. The customized tyre cutting equipment is used for pre-treatment and helps connect the tyre cutting and rubber powder production stages.
Before shipment, the equipment completed no-load and simulated material tests. Key components, including motors, rollers, and bearings, were inspected. The order also included spare parts, an English operation manual, and installation documents for overseas operation and maintenance.
