On August,2020,we got contact with Sri Lanka customer Mr Shehan,he was very interested into our tires cracker,after confirmed his details request,we sent machines quotation to him for check.After scanning,he thought our price is higher than other suppliers.we explained to him the difference of our machines compared with them,and we showed him the contact of our customers in Colombo.After visited our customers'machines running there,he felt very satisfied with our machines performance and output capacity.Although our machines price is higher than others,he finally made deal with us on March ,2021!congratulations!
After one month producing machines for Mr Shehan,we finished all machines in our factory.but the bad news was the lockdown in Sri lanka,Mr Shehan felt very sorry he can not receive his machines right now.we understood him completely and told him not worry,we will wait til the situation in Sri lanka become good and if needs any help,please not hesitate to contact us!During the periods,we help him to make basement for tires crushing line and other preparatory works.
In the end of December,2021,we finally got good news from customers,Mr Shenan appointed us to ship all machines to him directly,even we not met before,he gives us fully trust and felt grateful for the patients we have done for him.we talked with Mr Shehan by wechat video,each machine has been showed to him,he was very pleased and satisfied with our machines and service.now we are not only the cooperation partner with Mr Shehan,but also become best friends!
