Product Overview
The XFL OTR Tire Processing All-in-One Machine is designed for the front-end treatment of whole engineering tires. It combines tread rubber removal and tire splitting in one processing unit.
The whole tire is fixed by a central clamping structure and rotated during operation. A processing tool contacts the tread area, removes the tread rubber, and separates the tire into two parts through the tread area. The tire does not need bead removal before this operation.
This design reduces preparation steps before later cutting, bead separation, crushing, or rubber powder processing. The machine can operate as an independent OTR tire pretreatment unit. It can also be connected with QK500, GF320, and QT60 Series equipment as part of a tire pretreatment section for a rubber powder production line.
The machine supports forklift-assisted loading and can be operated by one operator. PLC control allows the operator to manage the working process from the control panel. The standard configuration includes a control cabinet and cutting tools.
