The XKP series waste tire crusher is specifically designed to shred waste tires and separate steel wire and fibers, facilitating subsequent recycling and reuse.
First, a waste tire cutter is used to break down discarded tires into chunks ranging from 30 to 50 mm; these are then fed into a rubber shredder for crushing and grinding. Subsequently, equipment such as vibrating screens, magnetic separators, and fiber separators is employed to separate the rubber powder from impurities such as steel wire and fibers. The resulting rubber powder is utilized in the manufacture of recycled rubber products, while the separated steel wire and fibers can also be recovered for recycling.
Waste tire rubber-crushing machines are typically equipped with automated control systems that ensure ease of operation; the entire processing workflow requires minimal manual intervention, thereby not only enhancing processing efficiency but also reducing labor intensity.
