A tire shredding production line processes waste tires and scrap rubber into rubber granules or powder, simultaneously separating the three primary components-rubber, steel wire, and fiber-in a single pass. The tire shredding and granulation line consists of a rubber cracker, conveyors, a vibrating screen, a magnetic separation system, and other components. First, an XKP400/450/610/710 series rubber cracker is used to crush and grind rubber blocks, yielding a mixture of rubber powder/granules and steel wire. Next, the material is transported via conveyor to a vibrating screen to sift out the fine particles; subsequently, a magnetic separation device is employed to extract the steel wire from the product, thereby producing pure rubber powder or granules (with customizable fineness). Any material that fails to meet the required mesh size is returned to the rubber cracker via conveyor for further grinding. This cyclical grinding process represents advanced technology; the entire production operation requires no chemical additives, generates no waste gas or wastewater, and entails low operating costs.
