Product Overview
Automatic Waste Tyre Dicer Block Cutter is key equipment for waste tyre recycling. It processes car tyres, truck tyres, bias tyres and steel-belted radial tyres. Capacity up to 1000 kg/h. It uses automatic system to ensure stable quality and has industry certifications. It can work with belt conveyors, tyre cutters, shredders, magnetic separators and rubber granulators to form a complete waste tyre recycling and rubber powder production line.
Main Features
Alloy steel blades: High wear resistance, long service life. Solve blade wear, chipping and hard cutting of steel-belted tyres.
Efficient shearing: Low cutting resistance, low energy consumption.
Anti-jamming: Auto reverse when jammed to protect the machine.
Low noise: Quieter than hammer mills, better working environment.
Adjustable size: Change cutter clearance to get uniform rubber blocks, reduce load of next machines.
Customizable: Custom feeding guide, pressing device and conveyor frame for different lines.
High safety: Automatic feeding with strip cutter, less manual work.
Complete solution: Provide matched machines for cost-effective full recycling line.
