The hydraulic tire side splitting machine cuts tires starting from the tread area, splitting each tire into two separate sections.
Powered by hydraulic systems, the tire strip cutting device operates fully automatically to turn whole tires into rubber ribbons with adjustable widths from 3 to 8 centimeters.
The block cutting equipment further processes these rubber ribbons, chopping them into rubber fragments measuring 3–8 cm.
As for the bead steel wire separating machine, it can extract entire steel wire bundles out from tire sidewalls and tire rings without damaging the wires.
