Blades adjustment and maintenance:
(1) The blades are made up of special materials, which has high hardness and good abrasion resistance. Four groups of bolts on the bearing can adjust the distance between up and lower blade, the entrance should be zero,the exit should be slightly larger (tight clearance will get tool wear fast, large clearance will make cutting become difficult, the adjustment need to be made in time).Up and lower blades crisscross 2 ~ 3 mm is advisable.
(2) The blades become not sharp after using a period of time, then the operator need to use wheel grinding machine to sharp blades cutting edge immediately.If the blades surface got worn seriously and become obvious uneven, they need to be promptly removed and be repaired by specialized equipment or contact the manufacturer.
(3) Reasonable operate can extend the service life of blades.The blades can cut 1500 ~ 2000 ton tires if normal use and maintenance.
The operating directions:
(1) Relevant lubrication must be infused into the reducer, gear, hydraulic station before starting (see chart).
(2) Check whether the power can be supplied, if the voltage is normal. Hydraulic parts of the motor must rotate in correct direction. Whether the machine reliable grounding.
(3) Check the space of the cutting knives, bolts from knives and hinge must be fixed before starting.loosed not allowed.
(4) Adjusting the bracket distance so that meet the needs of cutting.
(5) Starting: put tires in rotary plate,fixed tire tightly by locking device. Press lift button, start the main motor to complete cutting process.
