Tyre Sidewall Cutting Machine
Product Overview
Our tyre sidewall cutting machine consists of three specialized units: the Middle Cutter, Hydraulic Strips Cutter, and Blocks Cutter. This tyre processing line is designed to divide whole tyres into two halves, cut them into rubber strips, and finally process them into uniform blocks.
Starting with the middle cutter (ZQJ310), tyres are split from the tread centre. Then, the automated hydraulic strips cutter (QT600/QT380) handles tyres from 750mm to 1200mm, turning them into 3-8cm strips. Finally, the blocks cutter (QK350) transforms these strips into 3-8cm rubber blocks, preparing them for rubber powder production.
