I. Overview: Analysis of the production process for waste tire rubber powder production lines.
The production line for waste tire rubber powder consists of two main parts: tire pre-processing equipment and the pulverizing unit. The pulverizing unit comprises a rubber crusher, conveyors, a vibrating screen, magnetic separation equipment, and other components.
First, tire pre-processing equipment reduces the tires into small pieces (30–50 mm). Next, an XKP-series (400/450/610/710) rubber grinding unit processes these pieces, yielding a mixture of rubber powder/granules and steel wire. A main conveyor then feeds the material to a primary vibrating screen to separate the fine fraction, after which magnetic separation equipment removes steel wire from the fines to produce pure rubber powder (with customizable fineness). Any powder failing to meet the target mesh size is returned via the main conveyor to the grinder for further processing. This advanced physical recycling process requires no chemical additives and generates neither waste gas nor wastewater; combined with low operating costs, it represents an optimal solution for producing rubber powder from steel-reinforced tires.
