Installation and commissioning:

The equipment is easy to be installed. Place it on a flat concrete floor with a thickness greater than 15cm and fix it with expansion bolts.
After fixed, connect it to the three-phase 415V power supply, fill the oil tank with HM46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and pay attention to the middle of the oil level scale when refueling. After completion, start the machine to check whether the rotation direction of the oil pump motor is correct. Refer to the rotation direction indication on the motor. Whether the tool rotation direction is correct.
Test the hydraulic system, return the piston rod to the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder, observe the pressure gauge on the hydraulic station, the normal working pressure is 12Mpa-14Mpa, adjust the working pressure reasonably.
After the above work are completed, start the hydraulic system and let the hydraulic cylinder act several times to discharge the air in the pipeline to ensure the stable using pressure.
Test running: drop the support frame to a suitable position, push the tire into the bracket, lift the tire up, and adjust the position of the tire; turn on the tool and start working, lift the tire to the upper working position;Lift button can not be touched constantly to prevent overload operation.Easily forming cutting process.

Maintenance:

Maintenance is the key to the normal use of equipment. Proper maintenance can increase the life of the machine. The tool needs to be sharpened frequently to ensure sharpness. When sharpening the knife, cutting edge of the tool is not allowed to be sharped when it has became brittle due to severe heating . And check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient, the reducer oil is regularly replaced.
