Our EPJ high‑productivity scrap tire shredder is core secondary crushing equipment for small‑and‑medium‑scale rubber recycling plants, working under normal‑temperature physical processing without chemical pollution. It is assembled with motor, reducer, heavy‑duty machine frame, shredding blades, rotary screener and complete transmission system. After pre‑debeading, radial tires and fiber tires are fed into this unit, and get shredded into uniform 60*80 mm tire chips.
Different from traditional integral‑blade shredders, this model applies modular combined‑blade design. Operators only replace damaged individual blades instead of taking the whole rotor apart, greatly cutting maintenance workload. Its open‑structured crushing chamber allows quick access for inspection, cleaning and blade maintenance.
