Product Description:
The rubber blocks are crushed and ground by a crusher unit to obtain rubber powder and granules mixed with steel wires. The fine material is screened out through the main vibrating screen, then the steel wires in the fine powder are separated through the magnetic separation system, producing pure rubber powder of the desired fineness (fineness is optional). Rubber powder that does not meet the required mesh size is returned to the crusher via the main conveyor for re-grinding.
