It is used to separate thick steel wire inside tire bead. the bead wires obtained are in the original state and mechanical properties are remained, so they can be reused directly. Reusing steel wires can saves the cost of re-smelting and avoids environmental pollution caused by smelting.

    Bead wire separator

    Bead wire separator is used to remove a bundle of steel wires intactly from tyre sidewalls and beads.

    Use: This machine is used to extract the whole bundle of steel wires from the inner opening of the remaining tire (steel tire) after strip cutting. Place the inner opening of the tire between the two rollers of the machine, feed it from the lower part, run opposite to each other through the two rollers, and separate the rubber coated on the outer layer of the steel wire from the steel wire.


    Principle:

    putting the bead wire into the clearance of the two rollers, feeding it from the bottom, the whole steels and rubber outside can be separted by the two rollers working in  different direction.

    Instructions for use:

    1. The machine is used for the treatment of waste steel wire tires. The gap between two rollers can be adjusted reasonably according to the actual situation of tires, and the lead screw bolts can be adjusted. Frequently check the gear engagement in the gearbox. The middle limit plate of the front and rear axle seats can be adjusted and replaced according to the situation if necessary. 

    2. The work roll is made of special materials with high hardness and good wear resistance. The gap between the two rollers is too small, the machine load is large, and the roller wear is accelerated. The service life of the roller can be increased by reasonable adjustment according to the size of the inner opening of the tire. Generally, the gap between two rollers at the inner port of R20 is 9-10mm, and each belt port is treated for about 1 minute. After the roller is worn, it is allowed to use special welding rod for welding repair. Please contact the manufacturer for details.


    Note: 

    1. The reducer is not lubricated when the equipment leaves the factory.


    2. Frequently check the connecting bolts of each part to ensure they are not loose


    3. Work roll and V-belt are vulnerable parts, and the damage of reducer due to lack of oil is not within the scope of three guarantees.
