The rubber block grinding stage is not just a simple machine, but a complete production line composed of multiple screening and conveying devices. The entire grinding process is carried out at normal temperature, with a cooling water system to reduce heat, preventing rubber aging or alteration due to high temperatures, thus ensuring the physical and chemical properties of the rubber powder. The screening machine separates rubber powder that meets the target particle size (such as 10-30 mesh), while oversized materials return for further grinding. The finished rubber powder is collected via a negative pressure centralized collection system for bagging or bulk bag packaging, making storage and transportation convenient.
