Operating Parameters Of Circulating Cooling Water System

(1) Circulation volume refers to the total volume of water pumped per hour in the circulating cooling water system.

(2) The amount of evaporation refers to the amount of water lost per hour due to evaporation in the circulating cooling water system.

(3) The amount of supplemental water refers to the amount of water added to the cooling water system every hour when the total amount of water in the system is kept at a certain state.

(4) Pollutant discharge volume refers to the volume of water forced to be discharged per hour due to the control of the cooling water concentration multiple.

(5) The amount of water retained, also known as the system volume, refers to the amount of water stored in the entire cooling water system such as pipelines and cooling pools.

(6) Concentration factor. In the open circulating cooling water system, the salt in the circulating water is continuously accumulated and concentrated due to evaporation, and the salt content of the water is much higher than the salt content of the supplementary water.
