The rubber powder mill primarily uses physical methods to crush and grind waste tires into rubber powder of the desired mesh size, and it mainly involves the following three steps:
1. Tire pretreatment: Disassemble the waste tires, first cutting them in half, then slicing and chunking them into 30-50mm rubber pieces, ensuring the smooth progress of subsequent processing;
2. Rubber block milling: Perform initial crushing with a rubber-breaking machine to grind the rubber blocks into 10-20 mesh rubber powder while separating fine steel wires from the rubber powder to improve its purity;
3. Fine rubber powder grinding: Feed the 10-20 mesh rubber powder into a fine rubber powder machine to grind it into 40-80 mesh fine rubber powder.
The Xinyutian rubber powder mill offers the following advantages:
1. High capacity: 200-800kg/h;
2. Low energy consumption: The unit consumes less than 60 kWh;
3. Automation: Controlled by a PLC cabinet, enabling automated production;
4. Non-carbonizing: Produces rubber powder without high temperatures, preventing carbonization;
5. Customizable: Production can be tailored to meet customer demands.
Rubber powder produced by the rubber powder mill has a wide range of applications, such as: it can be used as a raw material for rubber products, like rubber flooring, rubber tracks, and rubber seals, providing good elasticity and wear resistance; it can be used in waterproof materials, such as rubber asphalt waterproof coatings and rubber waterproof membranes, offering excellent waterproof performance and durability; it can be used in manufacturing rubber fillers, rubber plasticizers, rubber adhesives, and other products; it can also be mixed with other materials to produce recycled tires, enabling tire recycling.
