The otr tire cutter is a hydraulic pre-treatment machine for large engineering tires. It can process OTR tires and other heavy waste tires within the selected model range. The machine cuts two sidewalls and beads from the whole tire. The remaining tire body is prepared for the next recycling step.
Large OTR tires contain thick rubber and steel wire. Manual cutting can require more labour and more handling. This hydraulic machine provides a dedicated cutting position and strong drive force. After sidewall and bead cutting, the tire sections can be sent to a tire shredder, rubber granulator, or steel wire separator.
