The structure and principle
This machine is composed of host machine, hydraulic station, electrical box, button box etc. Rack, moving knife, stationary knife, hydro-cylinder and some other supporting facilities comprise the host machine. Hydraulic pressure station consists of motor, oil pump, oil box, block and some pipes. Moving knife and rack are connected by spindle. When the machine is in operation, the moving knife is driven by hydro-cylinder and turns around the spindle to complete shearing action.
Operation step
(1)Inspect the equipment components
(2)Switch on the power switch, turn on the motor launch button (Check whether the motor change direction is right or wrong), making the machine run with no load for a period. (If the temperature is low, the time should be extended).
(3)Feeding shear, press the shear button to the correct position, and then press the return button.
Attention: When the machine is running, cleaning up the machine is forbidden. When the material is fell into the machine, the machine must be stopped and handle it immediately; May not arbitrarily turned the machine parts; The machine must be adjusted and repaired by the experienced technicians.

Because the blades are outside the device, there is some danger. Please do it according to basic safety operation procedures. Manufacturer is not responsible for the improper using and other man-made accidents.
Assembly Site
The machine runs with no vibration，is based on no special requirements. The foundation is about 20 thick concrete commonly.
Installation:
Access the power cord (3 * 4 + 1 * 2.5 square millimeter), Three-phase ac 415V, check the switchboard thrum whether it is firmly or not; Check the tubing connection is firmly or not; Check the connection parts is firmly or not.
Adjustment:
(1)The oil in the tank is 80%-90% of the tank volume. The lubricated oil shall be added to all motion parts and lubricated points. Loosen the relief valve pressure regulating hand.
(2)Switch on the power and then press the motor launch button to observe the change direction of the motor.
(3)Make the machine run with no load for a period and check each part is working successfully or not.
(4)Operate the machine with non-linear loads again and again, gradually improve work pressure (check pressure gauge) to 12 Mpa, and lock relief valve pressure regulating hand.
