2. When replacing the V-belt, you should completely loosen the motor feet and put it in the tape wheel slot conveniently. It is not allowed to pry the V-belt with sticks or other objects. The tension of the V-belt needs to be suitable, and the belt wheel needs to be aligned. After adjusting the tension for the first time and running for another 48 hours, adjust it again.
3. The bolts connecting the exciter and the screen box are high-strength bolts, which are not allowed to be replaced by ordinary bolts, and the tightness needs to be checked regularly, as far as possible once a month. The loosening of any one of the bolts will also cause other bolts to be cut, causing damage to the screen.
