Product Overview
This full-automatic fine rubber powder production line is a professional deep-processing solution for waste tire resource recycling. It specially refines 10–20 mesh recycled rubber granules into high-uniformity 40–80 mesh fine rubber powder through pure room-temperature physical grinding technology. Compared with ordinary traditional grinders, its comprehensive production capacity is increased, which greatly improves the output benefit of rubber recycling factories.
The whole line abandons high-temperature processing, effectively avoids rubber carbonization and material performance attenuation, and retains the original elasticity and quality of rubber powder. The finished fine powder is widely used in waterproof membranes, reclaimed rubber, modified rubber materials and various rubber finished products, with strong market applicability and secondary economic value.

Structural Design & Equipment Configuration
The complete production line consists of roller fine pulverizer (core host), screw distribution conveyor, vibrating screening machine, return conveying system and rubber powder cooling equipment. The main frame is made of thickened reinforced steel with strong vibration resistance and durability, supporting long-term uninterrupted heavy-load operation.
