Product Brief
This complete waste tyre recycling system is engineered to process spent passenger and truck radial tires, achieving separation of rubber, embedded steel wire and textile fiber under normal temperature without chemical additives. After systematic crushing, grinding and multi-stage sorting, the plant produces clean rubber granules and fine crumb rubber, widely adopted for athletic tracks, waterproof membranes, rubber tiles, asphalt modification and recycled rubber manufacturing.
This ambient-temperature scrap tire recycling plant converts waste tires into fine rubber powder. The core rubber pulverizer unit is structured with base support, main frame, front and rear grinding rollers, universal couplings, TMC reducers, roller gap adjustment assembly, cooling device and electrical control system. Two independent motors and reducers drive the double rollers to operate at differential rotation speeds. The rollers are cast from alloy chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hardened surfaces. Customers can select either PLC frequency conversion control or standard electric cabinet control mode.

Main Advantages
Ambient-temperature processing technology is adopted. Raw materials are processed into 40–80 mesh fine rubber powder at normal temperature, and no smoke is generated during operation.

The grinding rollers are easy to repair. Our factory is equipped with special roller restoration equipment to carry out maintenance without roller disassembly.
Flexible customization is available. We provide multiple optional production capacities, and the fineness of finished rubber powder can be adjusted within the target range to satisfy various market applications.
