This complete waste tyre recycling solution is specially developed to process used passenger car and radial truck tyres. It realizes effective separation of rubber, embedded steel cords and textile fiber under ambient temperature conditions without adding any chemical agents. Materials go through sequential crushing, fine grinding and multi-stage sorting procedures. The whole plant produces purified rubber granules and fine crumb rubber. These recycled materials are widely used for sports running tracks, waterproof membranes, rubber paving tiles, asphalt modification and reclaimed rubber manufacturing industries.

This ambient-temperature scrap tyre recycling plant turns waste tyres into qualified fine rubber powder. The core rubber pulverizer unit consists of base support, main machine frame, front and rear grinding rollers, universal coupling assemblies, TMC heavy-duty reducers, roller gap adjustment structure, cooling system and integrated electrical control unit. Two independent driving motors and reducers drive the twin rollers to rotate at different differential speeds. The grinding rollers are cast from alloy chilled cast iron with hardened working surfaces for outstanding wear resistance. Buyers can select either PLC frequency conversion automatic control mode or conventional electric cabinet control according to actual production demands.

Ambient-Temperature Eco-Friendly Processing
