1, Production Process Analysis of Waste Tire Rubber Powder Production Line
The waste tire rubber powder production line consists of two parts: tire pretreatment equipment and grinding unit. The grinding unit consists of a rubber crusher, a conveyor belt, a vibrating screen, and magnetic separation equipment.
First, the tire is processed into 3-5 cm square blocks through the tire pretreatment equipment. Then, the rubber block is crushed and ground by the XKP400/450/610 type rubber crusher in the grinding unit to obtain steel wire-containing rubber powder and rubber granules. Next, the fine material is selected by the main vibrating screen, and the fine powder is separated from the steel wire by the magnetic separation equipment to obtain pure rubber powder (fineness can be selected as desired). The rubber powder that does not meet the required fineness is returned to the rubber crusher through the main conveyor belt for re-grinding. This physical recycling process technology is advanced, does not require any chemical raw materials, produces no wastewater, and has low operating costs. It is the preferred equipment for producing rubber powder from steel wire tires.

Tire cutting machine: it is used to quickly decompose the strip tire into 30-50mm blocks, which is the third process of tire processing. The machine consists of two moving knives, a fixed knife, and a forced feeding mechanism. The tool is carbide material, replace the tool when the knife body is worn. When replacing the tool, use oxygen copper welding or furnace welding.

Steel ring separator: this machine can handle the tire side and inner port, and remove all the internal wire. Put the inner mouth of the tire into the guide groove, run through two rolls opposite, and separate the outer steel wire coated rubber from the steel wire.

(1) Overview: mainly used for crushing and grinding of rubber blocks. The roller material is alloy cold hard cast steel, cast steel roller working surface and surfacing hard alloy material with shaft diameter, working surface and shaft diameter through grinding processing, with high hardness and wear resistance.
(2) Composition: base, frame, front and rear rollers, transmission gear, reducer, adjustment equipment, roll temperature regulating device, safety switch and electrical control system.
(3) The distance adjustment device is a side vertical worm worm adjustment, with labor-saving operation and beautiful style.
(4) The roller temperature regulating device can pass the cooling water to the roller to adjust the surface temperature of the roller to meet the requirements of the process.
(5) Safety protection device:
a. Motor overload protection;
b. Roller safety insurance device: when the working pressure of the equipment instantly exceeds the load, the safety insurance plays a role. So as to protect the roller and other main parts to make the machine run more reliable, reduce maintenance costs.
