Product overview:
This complete rubber powder processing line features fully automated operation. Its configuration includes rubber cracking machines, material conveyors and screening equipment. The system processes rubber chunks from pre-shredded waste tires: it crushes and refines these raw materials into rubber granules and fine powder, while separating tiny steel wire fragments out in the meantime. This unit mainly undertakes the crushing and fine grinding of bulk rubber materials.
The machine's roller barrels are manufactured from alloy chilled cast iron or cast steel raw materials. Their working surfaces and bearing journals are coated with hard alloy layers and processed via precision grinding treatment. This manufacturing method delivers outstanding surface hardness and long-lasting abrasion resistance for the rollers.
1. Main Machine Assemblies
The whole unit consists of machine base, main stand, two front & rear mixing rolls, transmission gear set, reduction gearbox, roll clearance adjusting assembly, roller temperature circulation system, safety interlock switches and full electrical control cabinet.
2. Roll Clearance Adjustment Unit
This part adopts a worm wheel & worm drive structure installed on the equipment side. Operators can adjust roll gaps smoothly with little force, and the compact layout delivers a neat, tidy overall look of the machine.
3. Roller Temperature Regulating System
Cooling water runs through internal channels inside the metal rollers. It precisely stabilizes roll surface temperature during rubber processing to satisfy different compound mixing technical standards.
4. Full-Range Safety Protection Configurations
Overload safeguard for the main driving motor, cutting power automatically under abnormal load.
Roll pressure emergency safety mechanism: If instantaneous working pressure surpasses the rated load threshold, this device will trigger immediately. It shields the rollers and core mechanical parts from damage, stabilizes continuous running performance and lowers long-term equipment upkeep expenses.
