1.Product Overview
The scrap tyre powder machine is used for the fine grinding of medium rubber powder. It takes 18-24 mesh rubber powder as the input and further processes it into 30–80 mesh fine powder at room temperature.
The ambient grinding method helps reduce heat-related carbonization and protects the basic properties of the rubber material. The process is designed for clean operation without visible smoke or dust. The finished powder may be used in waterproof membranes, reclaimed rubber, rubber mats, and other rubber products.
With a compact layout and continuous powder processing, the machine is suitable for recycling plants that need finer rubber powder for further manufacturing. The final powder size and output should be confirmed according to the selected model and production conditions.
