Don't assume tire recycling is simple.
First, I want to say that many people can't truly understand many things until they experience them firsthand, and the waste tire recycling industry is one of them.
Secondly, although waste tires contain abundant resources, many newcomers to waste tire recycling still fail in this industry, and some even go bankrupt. Why? The reason is that they spend too much money buying too many or too expensive low-quality waste tire recycling machines before they have sufficient experience in waste tire recycling.
Thirdly, please note that different types of waste tires, different sizes of waste tires, different degrees of damage, and different subsequent processing purposes of recycled tire products require different types of tire recycling machines to perform the job effectively.
Fourthly, I want to tell you that currently there is no single machine that can recycle all types of waste tires, such as all-steel tires, all-fiber tires, semi-steel and semi-fiber tires, construction machinery tires, etc. If you use the same waste tire recycling machine to recycle all types of waste tires simultaneously, the recycling efficiency will be very low, and the steel wires and fibers cannot be completely separated. This means that some steel wires will be mixed into the recycled fibers, and some fibers will be mixed into the recycled steel wires, which will result in a very poor experience, right?
Suggestions on how to avoid making mistakes when buying tire recycling machines.
I want to remind everyone that to avoid making mistakes, please read the following suggestions before buying a tire recycling machine:

1) Don't choose a machine based solely on its low price. Everyone wants a high-quality machine at a low price, but if the machine price is too low, even lower than its manufacturing cost, it means that the manufacturer has compromised the quality of the machine during the production process.
2) Don't choose machines with overly flashy advertising. Because some companies are very good at flashy advertising, once they invest in waste tire recycling machines, they usually buy some sample machines for mass replication, and then use flashy advertising to quickly sell all the replicated machines, and then move on to other projects. They have no interest in research or investigation, and their replicated machines can only copy the appearance of the machine, not its intrinsic essence.
3) Don't invest too much money at the beginning, because the more money you invest, the greater the potential return, but also the greater the risk. You can start with a small or medium-sized tire recycling plant, gain enough experience, and then gradually expand your operations.
