Crushing waste tires into rubber powder and rubber particles can produce reclaimed rubber, waterproof membranes, shoe sole materials, sports tracks, and so on.

Used tires, tire crusher, rubber block coarse crusher, rubber powder grinder, dust removal, and environmental protection equipment
Method/Step
First, use a crusher to crush the waste tires into 50*50MM rubber blocks
Then put the rubber block into the coarse crusher and crush it into 6-12MM rubber particles;
In the crushing process, the rubber particles and the steel wires in the tire will separate, and the magnetic separator separates the steel wires in the rubber particles.
The rubber particles then enter the grinder to grind into rubber powder.
Dust and odor will be generated during the crushing process, and there are special dust and smoke removal equipment for purification.
